In Webkit/Safari, when opening "Web Inspect" it consumes half of the open window. The user may resize it to a shorter more appropriate height. However, moving to another tab or closing Web Inspect and reopening it, the Inspector returns to the default height. It should remember it's last set height as Chromnium/Chrome does.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open any page in Webkit/Safari
2. Open Web Inspect
3. Reduce height of docked Inspector.
4. Close Web Inspect and reopen.
Expected Behavior
The user adjusted height should be retained when reopening, or in a new tab, or after restarting the browser and or computer. See Chrome for appropriate behavior.
