I feel like I have seen these posix_spawn errors long ago. Maybe they started failing more consistently recently.

Maybe we can add more expectations for other tests as well.

I don't think this regression range is right. They're all changes in Chromium, Qt, GTK, WebKit2, and rebaslines.

The expectations are no longer in the tree, and tests pass.
FWIW, these tests are ones that require QTKit and don't work with AVFoundation. This must have been a problem on the bots that they couldn't start qtkitserver.
