Switch to use new text field implementation for <input type="text">

This is the master bug to track the switch to our new NSView-less implementation of <input type="text">

Adding two blockers: 7124 and 7123.  These deal with carets jumping out of their content editable region when you hit the edges.

I removed all non-blocking bugs from the "depends on" list, and I added the "NativeTextField" keyword to remaining text field issues that aren't blocking the switch.
