I've got another slightly unusual situation. Right now, basically all of the tests are skipped on Mac Skia. I'd still like to rebaseline a new test for that platform though. However, it's not showing up on garden-o-matic, because it's skipped. It'd be nice to have a way to rebaseline that test.

All the code for this already exists in the tool. We just hid the tab because the feature isn't fully polished.
