Page Speed for Chrome requests HAR from devtools. We found that some page has non-UTF8 characters, which causes Page Speed to fail to parse the HAR. The only site that I have experienced this problem is www.netease.com. The violating URL seems to be this: http://zjs.ipinyou.com/aspiration/jiapin20110616new/jiapin20110615.html
