When clicking on a scrollbar that is inside a flash control and trying to drag the scroller down it will not move at all. It responds to clicks on the empty space so it does move on a click but not on a drag. There is an example at the bottom of the page in question. This was reproduced on a Mac OX 10.6 but I don't know if it is specific to that platform.
