WebKit2 needs the equivalent of WebPreferences' setApplicationChromeModeEnabled() in WebKit1.

Comment on attachment 109644 [details] Patch I think this should be declared in WKPreferencesPrivate.h (the WebKit1 equivalent is in WebPreferencesPrivate.h).
