"When I select a file to be uploaded via File input on a web page, selected file is displayed next to "Choose File" button. When I change my mind and decide not to upload the file, it's not possible to de-select it, I can only select different file. " <rdar://problem/3669167>

Is this not a duplicate of bug 16870? They even carry the same Radar number.
