To reproduce:
0. Have two displays. The menu bar display should have a 1.0 scale factor, and the secondary display should have a >1.0 scale factor.
1. Go to http://www.webkit.org/ on the secondary display
2. Drag a link or image or some text
The drag image is blurry. If you put the menu bar on the >1.0 scale factor display, the bug does not occur.
