http/tests/loading/redirect-methods.html occasionally fails due to TEXT differences on Win7. See http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showExpectations=true&tests=http%2Ftests%2Floading%2Fredirect-methods.html . It looks as if most of the test output is just missing. Not sure whom to file this against, hoping abarth can triage.
