I cannot type accented greek characters (like ά, έ, ή, ί, ϊ, ΐ) in Google Docs.
These characters are generated by pressing the accent key (it's the ; key in a US keyboard) followed by the character to be accented.
While this works in normal textareas, when I use the exact same key sequence in Google Docs the accent and the vowel are typed as different characters.
So instead of "ά" I get "΄α".
I use Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1, both fully updated.
I tried the latest WebKit nightly and the problem persists.
On the same system, both Chrome 13.0.782.215 and Firefox 6.0 work properly and can type accented greek characters in Google Docs.
