CSS3 View-Mode allows different styles depending on the view mode of a Web site (with chrome, minimized, or full screen). See http://my.opera.com/karlcow/blog/2011/08/10/full-screen-mode-and-css I created a very simple test http://www.la-grange.net/2011/08/10/opera-test-fullscreen It is working in Opera 11.50 and maybe in Chromium, but not in Firefox and Safari.

WebKit doesn't support view-mode yet.
