CMD-T for new tab (create several tabs pointing to Apple.com, Google.com, and Amazon.com);
CTRL-TAB and CTRL-SHIFT-TAB to cycle among the different tabs;
Expected:Tab to be switched to, VoiceOver to read tab that gains focus, and VoiceOver to read element that has focus on website.
Actual: VoiceOver will read nothing, “HTML content”, or item that has focus. With what it reads, it’s not consistent, doesn’t read what’s expected.
Regression: No, tab browsing with VoiceOver has never worked.

This isn't really a WebKit bug, but it works in current Safari anyway. Closing.
