The following layout test is flaky failing on Chromium OSX: fast/blockflow/broken-ideograph-small-caps.html

This started happening after http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/91738. When it fails, it appears to not be rendering text at all.
Is there any way to make this less flaky?

Increasing the timeout would likely make it pass more frequently.
