Scrollbars disappear when using the "Read-It-Later"-Feature
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Visit any page with scrollbars
2.) Hit CMD-SHIFT-L to open the "Read-It-Later"-Feature
3.) Make the window as small as possible
4.) Click on the window-zoom-bubble
-> Result 1: you see grey borders to the left and right of the page content
5.) Now make the window a little bit small
-> Result 2: The scrollbars disappear

This is probably not a WebKit issue, not sure. Moved to Radar for Apple engineers working on Safari to investigate.
