To reproduce:
1. Drag a local html file to WebKit.exe or try to open a file with WebKit from the Command Prompt (WebKit index.html).
2. A browser window opens, but goes to the default startup page instead of displaying the local file.
The MacOSX nightly and Safari on Windows don't have this problem.
