This has the same root cause as http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=69639.
The reason the expectations changed is that r89503 changed the test to use waitUntilDone()/notifyDone(), and without LayoutTestController::addURLToRedirect(), notifyDone() is never called.
