http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/IndexedDB/raw-file/tip/Overview.html#widl-IDBCursor-update-IDBRequest-any-value states that the value argument to update() must be present (required and not null). This test calls update() without any arguments. Expected behavior: throw TypeError Actual behavior: does not throw Test case + patch attached.
