I've only been making those rules !important that interfere with the case of taking video full-screen. Obviously, I missed a bunch, since we've had to go and add them to most of the rules. But I was hoping to leave authors the flexibility to do whatever they wanted in the non-video case. Perhaps that's a bad tradeoff.
