Currently, we are stuck as soon as an API test require HTTP. We had quite a few bugs related to that over time.
To fix that, we need
-an in-process, threaded, very simple http server
-a way to define delays on it, or block a response until certains events.
One use case it should solve: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49650
