This bug prevents WebKit from being able to show and hide content from pure CSS as Opera and Mozilla are currently able to do: http://dev.opera.com/articles/view/css3-show-and-hide/

Works for me in Chrome 13.0.761.0 (Official Build 84747) dev WebKit 534.35 (trunk@86061) if I use tab to focus the link and WebKit nightly r86627 if I use Option-tab to focus the link.

Ah, you are correct. The problem lies in Bug 18425.
