I'm disabling this new test for chromium because it times out. May be some kind of shortcoming in our test infrastructure.

Also, get-url-notify-with-url-that-fails-to-load.html is crashing/timing out too (new test added at r86476).

LayoutTest failures for Chromium are being marked WontFix. The Bug is still accessible and referenced from TestExpectations.
