Hi,
nearly all scripts in Tools/Scripts/ are executable, but run-gtk-tests is not.
It would be nice to have it executable, so it could be run with ./Tools/Scripts/run-gtk-tests instead of perl ./Tools/Scripts/run-gtk-tests
