Right now it is possible for a PageGroup to be invisible to the Injected Bundle. It should also be possible for a PageGroup to be invisible to the History Client. This is necessary so that the the Inspector does not show up in History, since the HTML-based nature of the Inspector should not be exposed through the API. <rdar://problem/8786541>
