No. I uploaded this and then released that the new config probably wasn't that useful if my bot was in a different data center than the builders, so there's no point in reviewing it yet. If you apple guys want to spin up your own NRWT test bot, though, these are probably the changes you want, so we could patch it and land it for other bots to use. Created attachment 88863 [details]
