TDs should wrap when styled with display:inline-block; and position:static; see the attached example. this works properly in Firefox but not Webkit

I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 using attached test case, Safari does not wrap the blocks like other browsers and then remain in single line and get out of visual viewport. All other browsers (Chrome Canary 106 and Firefox Nightly 104) wrap <td> properly. Thanks!
