This test was recently added to fix a windowless plugin painting problem. https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45855 It passes on Chromium Windows builds and also passes locally on my machine.

You can generally land this sort of thing w/o review. :) Also, this wasn't marked r?. webkit-patch upload will generally do that sort of thing for you. (But our tools are kinda confusing, I know.)

We should keep bugs like this open. The test doesn't show up as a failure anymore because it's being skipped, but the test itself still fails.
