steps to reproduce :
- go to http://www.nonoche.com/webtv/index.html
- click on one of the icons, wait for a live video stream to play
- provoke a bandwidth shortening to force the video status to display "loading…" (or wait for a network congestion ;¬)
once the video plays again, the rightmost icon in the status bar is the sound volume icon, the full screen icon has disappeared.
Further:
- click on the sound icon (maybe even just the status bar)
the full screen button reappears and the sound volume icon is popped back to the left

I found out more on that front :
- click on an icon, wait for the stream to start
- click on the pause button, wait for a few minutes (so that when you click on play again it won't resume from where you stopped but streams the current live stream)
BOTH the sound and full screen button disappear. It's probably related to this bug, though I can't say for sure. Shall I file a new bug for this one?
