When using the @font-face property. Webkit based browsers fail to render fonts with antialiasing. It only affects mac browsers, Safari for windows renders them fine. There are some work arounds to get it to display correctly, but it involves loading a non-web font at a large size before of every web-font item in your code. I've submitted this bug to the Apple directly as well. Please see the link below and the author has extensively tested this. http://seanmcb.com/typekit/webkit-antialiasing-test.html
