Seems that this changes https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/80981 breaks cairo build.

I checked in a number of changes today to resolve this issue.
The main underlying problem is that there are large parts of WebKit2 that are unimplemented in the WinCairo port, and so things keep drifting out of sync.
I could definitely use some help!
