WebKit should support about:plugins
khtml does, mozilla does... can't be that hard to do.
about:plugins would either just redirect you to:
file:///Applications/Safari.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Plug-ins.html
or dump the same information.

Eric, in my opinion the bug is irrelevant to Webkit it should be resolved by Safari developers.
