Web Inspector: re-implement xhr breakpoints - restore xhr breakpoints one by one instead of using setAllBrowserBreakpoints - store xhr breakpoints in a separate separate setting - move presentation-related code from BreakpointManager to XHRBreakpointsSidebarPane
