fast/text/hyphenate-limit-before-after.html has been failing on Windows since it was added in r80438. See the URL for the failure diff.

The test will magically start working once a new enough CoreFoundation is available. I'll check in expected failure results for now and we can use this bug to track removing them once the newer CF is available.

I guess we don't need to keep this bug around once the new results are landed. The test will start failing when the new CF shows up, and we will just deal with it then.
