The tick marks for different times that appear in the Timeline column of the Network panel look like additional column separators and appear to be resizable.  We shouldn't show the tick marks in the column header or make the real column dividers more pronounced.

ie: Open the attached screenshot and try, at a quick glance, to determine which lines will let you resize the columns and which ones won't.

Changing the data shown in this column to something with a longer title (ie: "Response Time") makes this look even worse - the tick marks appear through the title (attached).

This has been addressed in the recent Timeline redesign. =)
