Changes to chromium test expectations don't need review. You can check them in as "Unreviewed".

Does that also apply to non-webkit-committers? When I try to git svn dcommit (following http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/UsingGitWithWebKit) it's prompting me for a password for svn.webkit.org, which I don't have.

You need to get a committer to land this for you. You should probably ask the current WebKit sheriff to do this. Looks like that's atwilson and/or morrita.
