The article never finishes loading. The Inspector's Timeline panel shows a number of resources that haven't received a response (some from fbcdn.net, some from facebook.com, some from imrworldwide.com, etc.).
The bug does not occur on Mac, or in WebKit1.

This has been happening since at least r77606 (which is the earliest build I've tested). It's possible it's always happened in WebKit2.

This turns out to be due to a bug in another component. We'll track this internally.
