By the definition of ENABLE() (http://trac.webkit.org/browser/trunk/Source/JavaScriptCore/wtf/Platform.h?rev=78042#L55), it is unnecessary to explicitly disable ENABLE_ASSEMBLER_WX_EXCLUSIVE on non-iOS ports.
