Created attachment 81205 [details] test case While the Soft hyphen isn't stripped out in View Source window, it's invisible. I think it should be visible by a "-" like symbol just like it is when pasting it to a simple text editor like Windows Notepad. The developer viewing the source should be able to know a soft hyphen is present. Repro steps: Look at the test case, look at it in "View Source", try to copy&paste the word to a simple text editor...
