Thai does not use spaces to separate words (although it does use spaces, see http://www.thai-language.com/default.aspx?ref=spacing for more information). So, it should be except from smart paste.

Thai does use a space before and after foreign words and phrases, though, so it's a bit different from CJK, which we handle in SmartReplaceCF.cpp.
