Description Simon Fraser (smfr) 2011-01-30 21:03:17 PST 
Bug 22102 fixed box-shadow performance, and applied the correct shadow blur radius for box-shadows. The same needs to happen for text-shadow.

@Simon - Is this still applicable or we do optimize them now?
