The latest KWQTextArea and KWQTextField changes (to finish fixing bug 5195) seriously broke text fields and text areas. In text fields, the caret is no longer visible. In text areas, when the text area has focus, every glyph is stroked with its own focus ring.

I'm rolling out Darin's fix for http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5195
