Screen refresh is erratic at the site: 1) click on a link to look at the referenced stuff 2) press back button to return Expected to see the page as it was Actual is that after return mouse reveals links, page down/up shows the page

Seems that this does not happen if one is at the beginning of the page. The same thing happens at http://appleinsider.com

and at http://www.squashsite.co.uk/saudi2010/today.htm, too, so maybe other sites in addition to these show this behaviour

On the squash site, moving forward in the history didn't work correctly either...

This is actually unlikely to be related to back/forward if it's Windows-only and a recent regression (do we know specifically where it regressed yet?) I'd seen some different, but similarly bizarre visual artifacts on navigations recently on Mac, and they ended up being related to accelerated compositing. CC'ing Simon and Chris.

Now, the behaviour is different, the screen is refreshed, but after going back in history the page seems always to be at top, not at the place shown at click time.

Currently I don't see this, going back in history is ok. Hence by me this can be closed.
