Same problem here, a new tab open if i click on a link in for example mail.app but using the control-click or right clicking does not create a new tab when you select "open in new tab". However "open in new window" works.

Same here. Middle clicking on a link won't open on new tab. Version 5.0.3 (6533.19.4, r73490)

In the new daily-Version 5.0.3 (6533.19.4, r73886)- this problem is resolved, surprisingly after remaining in the unconfirmed state, even though three others reported in with the same problem.
