Per-feature triggers for the accelerated compositor were introduced in: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49998 to provide fine grain control of the features turn compositing on/off. These triggers must now be exposed to the Settings class in order for them to be settable via command line flags, etc.
