As a future goal is to move all networking out of the WebProcess, is there really a need to do this bit first?

As we don't have a global cookie jar in Qt like you do on Cocoa, this patch helps development with web sites needing credentials. This is quite temporary, I don't have any problem keeping it in our branch to avoid pollution until things straighten out.
