This seems to be the same as bug 39824. The test works correctly for me on Mac with Mac OS X 10.6.5 and WebKit nightly. I don't have Windows 7 to test now - could you please confirm that you are using the latest Safari 5 and a nightly build from <http://nightly.webkit.org>?

confirmed on Win7 32-bit: 1) latest dev Chrome 9.0.587.0 AppleWebKit/534.12 2) latest stable Safari 5.0.3 AppleWebKit/533.19.4

That is expected. Cursors are only supposed to work with WebKit nightlies yet.

Marking as duplicate now. Please feel free to reopen if you're seeing this with a nightly build from <http://nightly.webkit.org>. You are also welcome to file a bug against Chromium at <http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/entry>, since it would need its own platform specific fix, potentially outside open source WebKit code. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 39824 ***
