WebKit2 doesn't update theme when changed in Windows' display properties control panel. This works with classic WebKit and should be supported by WebKit2. To fix, we need to listen for the WM_XP_THEMECHANGED message in the WKView's WndProc.

No Windows support in WebKit2 anymore.
