embed a Google Map using the latest Google Maps v3 API on webpage can't be dragged but the google map v2 api is ok

This is a problem of Google Maps. They are loading the touch version of the site because Qt support touch events. See https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-qt/2010-November/000974.html
