From the Chromium bug (please copy the information to Bugzilla, and don't make everyone click through to another site!): "URL: http://www.wunderground.com/radar/radblast.asp?ID=FWS&region=c3&lat=33.03570175&lon=-96.67572021&label=Plano%2c%20TX Under radar controls, the controls are always supposed to be center, but they always appear on the left for some reason." I am able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 153 using attached test case and "full width?" is not expanded within the container end to end and it differs from other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106, which match with each other), where "full width?" are expanded within the container. Thanks!
