[chromium] compositing/geometry/limit-layer-bounds-opacity-transition.html times out

The following compositor tests are currently timing out when run in DumpRenderTree from within new-run-webkit-tests (--platform chromium-gpu). We need to investigate why this is happening. It is possible that there may be multiple root causes, in which case this bug should be split up.

compositing/color-matching/image-color-matching.html
compositing/geometry/abs-position-inside-opacity.html
compositing/iframes/become-overlapped-iframe.html
compositing/masks/direct-image-mask.html
compositing/overflow/ancestor-overflow.html
compositing/repaint/composited-document-element.html
compositing/shadows/shadow-drawing.html
compositing/tiling/constrained-layer-size.html
compositing/z-order/negative-z-index.html

The only test that still times out is compositing/geometry/limit-layer-bounds-opacity-transition.html, the others have expectations as follows:

compositing/checkerboard.html = IMAGE
compositing/color-matching/image-color-matching.html = IMAGE+TEXT
compositing/geometry/abs-position-inside-opacity.html = IMAGE+TEXT
compositing/masks/direct-image-mask.html = IMAGE+TEXT
compositing/overflow/ancestor-overflow.html = IMAGE+TEXT
compositing/repaint/composited-document-element.html = IMAGE+TEXT
compositing/shadows/shadow-drawing.html = IMAGE+TEXT
compositing/tiling/constrained-layer-size.html = IMAGE
compositing/z-order/negative-z-index.html = IMAGE

With the exception of compositing/checkerboard.html, they all just seem to need updated baselines.

This one times out because it waits for a mp4 video to start playing that chromium can't play
